There are two methods of providing price quotes;
An in-home estimate and an estimate by phone.
The most accurate method is via an in-home estimate. In-home estimates allow us to walk through your home with you, assessing the current state, while listening to your concerns and preferences. Together we assess what needs to be done on the 1st visit and subsequent visits. With an in-home estimate, you get two fixed prices: one for the initial clean, and another for reoccurring service. When we give you a fixed price, you can be confident that the price won’t change without an advance agreement. If you have an inflexible cleaning service budget, we’ll go over your priority list so that we both understand what can and can’t be done within the budget. Note that we have a minimum price per visit of depending on how many bedrooms and bathrooms.

If you don’t wish to have an in-home estimate, we’ll provide you with an estimate by phone. During our conversation, we’ll ask questions about your home, listen to your concerns and expectations, and then offer you an estimated range of fees. For example “A Top To Bottom Deluxe for a home as you’ve described it will run between X and Y. If you have an inflexible cleaning service budget, we’ll go over your priority list so that we both understand what can and can’t be done within the budget. Note that we have a minimum price per visit depending on how many bedrooms and bathrooms.
