How do I get started?

It’s as easy as giving us a call!

The first thing we will do is visit your home to discuss your individual cleaning needs, and to give you a free estimate. We will provide you with a comprehensive list of our wide range of services, so that you may choose what you’d like us to do for you.

Together we will create a work order tailored to your specific requests.

How often should I have my home cleaned?

Christian Cleaning offers regular housecleaning on a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis.

In addition, we are available for special one-time cleans. These include move-in/move-outs, deep cleans, remodeling construction clean up, and occasional maintenance cleans for customers that just need a little extra help.

Our most popular visit is every two weeks, but we will schedule according to your needs.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. There are no contracts to sign. We are happy to earn your business each time we clean.

Do I have to be home when the cleaner comes?

You do not need to be home, although of course you’re welcome to be.

Many of our customers provide us with a key to their home and, when necessary, alarm codes. We keep your keys and access information extremely secure.

Will I always have the same house cleaner?

We want you to enjoy the kind of continuity in your service that allows you to never think twice about it. We make every effort to send the same cleaner to your home for each visit.

Our goal is to provide you with consistency no matter what; even if circumstances demand a staffing change. Every employee is extensively trained to utilize the same efficient, effective cleaning techniques.

We begin our relationship with you by visiting your home and creating a customized work order for your needs, so that you can always count on receiving the same great, personalized service to which you’re accustomed.

What if something is my home gets damaged?

In the unfortunate event that a breakage occurs, we will promptly make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced.

Do you guarantee your work?

Absolutely. We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy.

Our goal is to give you the best cleaning possible each time. If something is not done to your satisfaction, call us within 24 hours and we will correct it for free, or give you a credit on your next clean.

How do I pay for my cleaning?

Payment is due the day the service is performed. You may pay by check or cash.

Many customers leave a check on their kitchen table or countertop.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes we do! Christian Cleaning makes a great gift, whether it’s for Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, a birthday or anniversary, or even to help a friend through a difficult time. Whatever the occasion, our gift certificates can be sent straight to the recipient or to you. Contact us for information.

What if I have a pet?

Pets are not a problem. We do need to be notified if you own pets, and we like to know their names. If you have any special requests regarding your pets, or there are any special circumstances we should be aware of, we will want this information.

What if my cleaning schedule falls on a holiday?

If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, we will contact you approximately one month in advance to reschedule. Our office observes the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

WHAT TIME DOES CHRISTIAN CLEANING SERVICES ARRIVE?

Christian Cleaning services can’t guarantee what time residential housekeepers will arrive because each home gets the attention it deserves and not a pre-determined amount of time. Still, most homes fall easily into regularly scheduled cleaning windows between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.

HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE IN MY HOME DURING EACH CLEANING?

Typically, there will be two people in your home. We respect that your home is private, and the trust you place in us by inviting us into your home.

WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

Our pricing is completely individualized for East Texas. Our more than 15 years of experience have helped us learn that every home is as unique as the people living there. We base our pricing on many factors, including the presence of pet hair, clutter and even your lifestyle. That is why we like to meet with you before quoting you a price. DO YOU HAVE PACKAGES?

No, we completely individualize our cleaning. We use a proven system to clean thoroughly, consistently and efficiently. DO YOU BRING YOUR OWN SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT?

We bring everything: cleaning chemicals, mops, buckets, cobweb removers, rags and vacuums.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY MAID SERVICE?

Christian Cleaning services in Whitehouse, TX works with you. Simply call 96-hours before your regularly scheduled home cleaning with a more convenient cleaning time. We will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs

DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING BEFORE CHRISTIAN CLEANING SERVICES ARRIVES?

It is best that all toys, clothes, dirty dishes, personal items and valuables are put away before we arrive. If you do not have a chance to do so, we will always try to do this for you. If you would like us to always pick up these items, let us know so that we can schedule more time to do so.

HOW WILL OUR RELATIONSHIP WORK?

For residential services we do not use contracts, we depend on open communications and your evaluation of our services. For commercial facilities we do it in a case by case basis.

HOW LONG HAS CHRISTIAN CLEANING SERVICES BEEN IN BUSINESS?
